Certain items considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, nail polish etc.) are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by Ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. For these shipments, we recommend FedEx Ground starting at $7.95.
You are advised not to re-mail the contents of the parcel via the Postal Service under US DOT-SP 9275 regulations. Flammable substances contained in these packages may be mailed only by consumers (the addressee) via surface transportation in accordance with 10.13. Out of Stock Items:
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock we will contact you to discuss how you would like the order handled. We keep backorders for all items that will be able to ship within 14 business days after the order has been placed.
Returns/Exchanges:

- Canceled Orders: Eligible for full refund, including S&H, if canceled prior to order fulfillment.

- Missed Scheduled Delivery: A redelivery fee, of the ship amount may apply if reshipping is requested.
