Aqua De Luna guarantees that your order arrives in a safe and perfect condition. If for some reason, your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately. Shipping Policy
- Our Business Hours: Monday through Friday from 10.00am to 5.00pm PST time.
- We process all orders that are placed by 2.00pm PST time the same day. Any incomplete address, inaccurate address or zip code may delay your order.
- During a sale, special promotions or close to a major holiday we ask for extra time to process and ship all orders.
- If an item is out of stock we will notify you with an estimate when the item will be available again.

- We currently accept PayPal and all Major Credit Cards for all orders. PayPal is a secure and save way for you to place orders and pay with the card of your choice or withdrawn from your bank account without handing out your information to us.
