The samples that have been recovered from the deep ocean in the debris of the Titanic, have been the inspiration for one of the most romantic fragrance ever created.
Belonging to Adolphe Saalfeld - a German-born perfumer, these scents were supposed to be the key ingredients for new perfume creations in America. Scents Of Time was very lucky having the once of a life time opportunity to capture an aroma-print of these findings. Night Star is a celebration of bouquet aromas that has a floral heart consisting of rose blended with violet and Lily of the Valley (Muguet) broadened by citrus and herbal notes whilst simultaneously deepened by an embracing combination of woody notes with a suffusion of powdery vanilla and Mayflower.

An altered aromatic sensation based on an exact copy of the aroma of what we called “Rosa Maris”- the rose of the sea; inspired by founding's from German perfumer Adolphe Saalfeld’s bag of perfumes that had been found in the debris field of Titanic.
